1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the Fastn MCP Gateway for Slack ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Fastn MCP Gateway for Slack is an AI-powered integration that connects your business tools (such as Gmail, Google Docs, Jira, Notion, and others) to Slack through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). The Service enables users to interact with connected tools using natural language within Slack.

To use the Service, you must:

Each workspace is limited to a maximum number of configured users as determined by your plan. The workspace administrator controls which users have access to the Service.

4. Free Trial

The free trial includes up to 3 users per workspace and 1,000 tool calls per month. Fastn reserves the right to modify these limits at any time. Tool call limits reset on the first of each calendar month.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service connects to third-party applications (Gmail, Google Docs, Jira, Slack, etc.) through OAuth and API integrations. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. Fastn is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI models (Claude by Anthropic and/or OpenAI) to process your requests and generate responses. AI-generated outputs may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any actions taken by the AI on your behalf.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Fastn and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fastn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Fastn does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

12. Termination

Fastn may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the Slack app from your workspace.

13. Changes to Terms

Fastn reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the Service or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
